At Pawtopia, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you find yourself needing to return an item, we've made the process simple and straightforward with our 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your purchase to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure your item meets the following criteria:
- Must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- Includes tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Starting a return is easy! Simply reach out to us at info@shoppawtopia.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to send your item back. Please remember, items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, reach out to us immediately. We’re committed to resolving any issues swiftly and effectively.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To get the item you truly want, we recommend returning the original product first. Once your return is processed, feel free to place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Just ensure your item meets the same eligibility criteria listed above.

 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.
